Terms and Conditions
Once your order has dispatched (physically left the ACT warehouse), you can expect the following:
ACT = 1-2 Business Days
NSW = 2-3 Business Days
QLD = 4-5 Business Days
SA = 4-5 Business Days
VIC = 3-4 Business Days
WA = 5-7 Business Days
Please take the above into account as a margin of safety when ordering to ensure you are not short of any critical stock.

Order Processing Turnaround Time
From the day that your order is processed into our system, the average turnaround time it takes for the order to be processed through the warehouse, picked & packed is 1-3 business days.

Credits
All credits must be sent back to office within a 24 hour time frame of receiving.
Please note that any stock received from HQ, cannot be returned/credited as short dated, unless it is under 3 months.
This is not an Elite Supplements HQ specific policy and is generally the same policy across all suppliers in the supplement industry.
Note
If it is an item that you order direct = go directly to the relevant rep for that supplier to organise a credit/replacement stock
If it is an item that you order from HQ = go directly to the relevant rep for that supplier, ask them to send the replacement stock directly to you. If they will not oblige, organise a credit to be forwarded to HQ, then you can elect replacement stock or a credit to be applied on your next order
Order Increments
Box quantities are being advised on items to help assist you in ordering in increments of box quantities. This will assist you in helping our warehouse to pack orders with more efficiency.
For example, Oxyshred comes in a box of 24. So when ordering, you can order in increments of 8, 6, 4, 2, 3 etc. This makes it much faster our the warehouse team to pack it, vs ordering 3 kiwi, 7 guava, 4 mango etc.

Invoice Dates
The date you are invoiced will be the day that the stock dispatches from the warehouse

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product has mistakenly been listed at an incorrect price, Elite Supps HQ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Elite Supps HQ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and an invoice has been generated. If the stock has been received, Elite Supps HQ reserves the right to re-issue an updated invoice with the correct pricing on there.

Tracking
You will receive an e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
The tracking number will be in the e-mail when you are INVOICED, not when your SALES ORDER is confirmed
